🌎 Travel Nanny Service – What It Includes • Daily Care & Outings • Supervised trips to parks, children’s museums, aquariums, beaches, nature trails, and more. • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by the family (either dining out or groceries stocked at Airbnb/hotel). • Note: All children’s meals and Ms. Gutierrez’s meals must be covered by the family. • Interactive Learning Experiences • Educational activities tied to the vacation location (e.g., ocean life study at the beach, history scavenger hunt at a museum, journaling and drawing what they see, learning new foods and words in local restaurants). • Routines Covered • Morning: wake up, get dressed, teeth brushed, breakfast. • Evening: shower/bath, PJs, brushing teeth, bedtime story, tuck-in. • Flexibility • Can adapt to family’s trip style (busy excursions vs. laid-back resort). • Cooking/meal prep available if family provides groceries. ⸻ 💵 Pricing Structure (Suggested) 1. Daily Rate (per 24 hours, not hourly): • Base: $350–$500/day (covers childcare from morning to bedtime). • Additional children: +$50–$75/day per child. • Overtime (late-night care after 10pm): +$30/hour. 2. Travel Expenses • Own room at Airbnb/hotel (non-negotiable). • Flight/transportation costs covered by the family. • Meals: • All meals for the children and Ms. Gutierrez must be paid for by the family. • If family prefers not to include Ms. Gutierrez at restaurants, add a $50 daily meal stipend. 3. Extended Trips (discounted weekly rate): • Weekly rate: $2,000–$2,500/week (covers 6–7 days). ⸻ 📍 Important Service Notes • The Travel Nanny Service is exclusively for trips outside of Laguna Vista, Port Isabel, and South Padre Island. • All travel nanny bookings must be made at least 6 months in advance.
