At Ms. Gutierrez’s Island Services, we value your time and trust. Please review our refund policy before booking any session or event.

General Child Care & Private Sessions

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before your session:
  ✅ Full refund or reschedule available

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before:
  🔁 50% refund or session credit

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before:
  ❌ Non-refundable

Special Events & Group Sessions

Includes Glosseboss party Events, Moms & Mimosas, Wedding Nanny bookings, etc.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

• The remaining balance is refundable only if you cancel 72 hours before the event.

• No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand life happens.
In the case of illness, weather, or emergency, please contact Ms. Gutierrez directly.
🌟 Refunds or credits may be offered at her discretion.
If I must cancel for any reason, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.
